1 Introduction

3 Eligibility

md77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on md77, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. md77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, nor allow any other person to access or use your account.

You must notify md77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. md77 reserves the right to require a password reset or implement additional security measures at any time in the interest of account safety.

md77 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before approving any withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identification card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification confirming your identity and age. 5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on md77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at md77's discretion. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to regional availability.

Deposits: A minimum deposit of ৳500 applies unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation. md77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are locked at the accepted value. md77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors, system faults, or events where the result was known at the time the bet was placed.

Live Betting: In-play markets are offered on selected events including cricket, football, and other sports. 7 Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. 8 Prohibited Activities

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments
